Teaseled fabrics
All teaseled and standard fabrics have been popular for years due to their practicality. Clothing and shoes made of knitted fabrics are staple clothing items for many people, as they offer freedom of movement, are comfortable to wear and pleasant to touch (depending on composition).
The outer side of teaseled fabric is smooth and often covered by multi-coloured designs, while the reverse side is covered with nap (baize) that is pleasant to touch. Such baize produces a kind of insulation layer between the fabric proper and the skin, offering thermal comfort.
Depending on the fabric purpose (e.g. season), the baize may be thinner or thicker, offering different thermal insulation. The weight of teaseled fabric is usually over 250 g/m2 and, obviously, suited to the needs of each customer. Fabric widths offered by TRANS-TEX are between 210 and 260 cm. The minimum quantity of a single order is 100 m.
Teaseled fabrics are dyed or decorated with designs (including ones provided by customers) only on their outer side, the reverse side remaining white or in the natural colour of the fabric. The teaseled layer is not prepared to accept complicated designs evenly and can only accept uniform colour.
For industrial use and cottage industry
Due to their functionality, teaseled fabrics are very popular in the manufacture of clothing items. They are also the item of choice in fabric stores. Modern sewing machines made the processing of fabrics at home easy, forming a popular hobby regardless of age and sex. Especially that teaseled fabrics are supplied in beautiful, colourful designs suitable for every age and sex.
We also recommend the manufacture of cotton and cotton-polyester teaseled fabrics designated for branded work clothing, especially warm sweatshirts with logos, e.g. for gas station personnel, or people working in the field and representing the company in contacts with customers. Such a product will be more than just a protective clothing item, offering added promotional benefits. Such products are attractive to personnel, especially when made of high quality materials, which converts into how a company is perceived by workers and customers alike.
Teaseled fabrics may have varying percent content of cotton and polyester, as well as the addition of elastane, when the desired effect is improved elasticity of the fabric. The higher the content of synthetic fibre, the more fluffy a layer of blaize can be obtained. Finished fabrics are suitable for the manufacture of all types of sports and daily clothing items (sweatshirts, track pants, dresses), accessories (caps, buffs) and even blankets, throws or pet bedsheets.
