Dzianiny antybakteryjne Canvas cotton

Canvas cotton (canvas) or its blend with polyester is manufactured in weights exceeding 300 g/m2 and widths up to 250 cm. It is a solid material, with high abrasion resistance, and the addition of polyester improves its resistance to crumpling (the higher the content the higher the resistance to crumpling).

Thinner canvas may be used in tablecloth (also printed). Thicker canvas is the ideal material for protective clothing and uniforms; its additional advantage is in the flame-retardant properties (especially useful in work clothes).
We dye canvas as per the customer’s specification and we can present you samples of colours.

Possible applications

Canvas fabrics are similar in texture and in strength to sailcloth. Thanks to its “raw” and rustic appearance, it is the ideal material for original decorative cushions matching the Nordic style and modern concrete interiors.
Canvas cotton is also the ideal base for various bags – men’s bags, women’s bags, sacks, and travel bags. Combines well with leather details that give finished products a more classy look.

Materials designated for bags may be treated with an impregnant adding some water-resistant properties. Likewise with canvas for various types of covers for outdoor use. When used in the manufacture of work clothing, in addition to flame retardant properties, we can also add antibacterial properties, just as in canvas for upholstery and cushion covers.
